How does your referral system work?
That part I keep between me and the agencies I work with. What I can tell you is that it gives your happy clients a real reason to send new business your way, and it keeps paying off for as long as they do. You get the full playbook when we work together.
How long does a site take?
An Essential site takes 3–5 days, and a Growth site takes 7–10 days, from brief to launch. That’s once your content, photos and approvals are in. Custom builds take longer, and I’ll give you a date with the quote.
What costs extra?
Extra pages are $250 each. On Essential, blog setup is $350 and changes are $140 an hour. Growth includes the blog and unlimited small edits. On Custom, extras are part of the build quote.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short brief about your client and what they need. I’ll send you the onboarding questions to ask them, and you send me their answers, content and photos.
Do you look after the site once it’s live?
Yes. Hosting, updates, security checks and daily backups are all included, and if anything breaks, I’ll fix it. On Growth, your client’s small edits are included too.
Why a 12-month minimum?
It keeps your clients committed, so you can give them great service and keep them long enough for referrals to start coming in. It also keeps their bill simple: one monthly payment, with no big cost up front. After the first year, it’s month to month.
